PTO March Meeting Notes

Red Sox: 173 tickets sold. Anyone who purchased tickets will be sent the tickets in the MLB Ballpark App under the email that you provided. Beechwood and Merrymount will be at the same game.

Canvas/Cookies/Cocoa was a huge success. Big thank you to the staff and volunteers.

Kindness day was fantastic. PTO provided cookies. Large donation of gloves, hats and socks was made to DOVE.

Disney Raffle is our only fundraiser! $4,500 cash prize/$5,000 Disney GC. Lots of incentives. Info goes home Thursday for a Friday kickoff!

Year End celebration will be held on June 9th and will be similar to last year. Inflatables, Fire Dept., Police, Petting Zoo, etc. Requests were put in for the command center and therapy dog to the Sheriff’s Office from Mr. Sylvia. Many Volunteers are needed! Please email ptosquantum@gmail.com

Motion to provide dinner for teachers during report card conferences on April 12th made by Stacey, 2nd by Kim

Jo Jo: Bookfair update – Book Fair week of 10th -14th Volunteers are needed (more info to come)

Great idea for scholastic dollars to be raffled off to students in need.

PTO purchased tissues for the CARES program, reimbursement was paid for recess equipment, PTO covered third grade field trip to Plymouth Plantation

Mr. Sylvia requested $320 for fine motor materials. Motion to approve by Stacey, Lauren 2nd

New Building update: Architects walked through existing structure and bids are expected later this spring.
